My relationship with academia goes beyond my own willingness for a continuous learning: I also wish to contribute back. I want to share the experiences and learnings I got during my own journey, things I believe can be positive “game changers”.
Sometimes I would have wished to know certain things earlier on my life and career. It is also true that some knowledge requires the right place and at the right time to be fully understood.
So I spread some seeds around just in case it is the right moment for some of you!
I collaborate with Instituto 8 also in their learning offering, and some of the courses are recognized and offered at the University of Barcelona (UB).
Since March 2021 I am Lecturer at the Course in Cultural Transformation (in Spanish: Curso de Especialización en Transformación Cultural). It offers a complete experience to start your own organizational, social or relational transformation project. In my subject I share real experiences on culture, health and wellbeing, and we wrap-up the course learnings with practical aplications. Find here more about my class (in Spanish).

I worked at IESE as a Reserach Assistant at the Chair of Family-Owned Business. Although this was long time ago, I keep close contact with some colleagues, professors and friends, and I still feed on their wisdom from time to time.
I feel passionaed about everything related to Family Businesses and their potential and impact. I co-developed teaching materials and case studies, and I coordinated the organization of the National IESE Annual Family Business Conference (2005, 2006 and 2007).
